Community hygiene support in Goma

17 Sep 2026 · source checked 04 Oct 2026

AAR Japan reports supporting local partner Coeur Sans Frontières with handwashing facilities, thermometers and community awareness activities in Goma.

What the organization reports

AAR says facilities with soap and disinfectant were installed at three community spaces and non-contact thermometers were provided.

Its account describes awareness activities for children and young people. We do not treat a partner's reported reduction in risk as an independently measured health outcome.
